Awful, messy movie with crossed moral singnals. Plot is terrible and makes no sense and actors are very forced. Too many elements that is poorly acted. Dumb characters and dumb motivations, and dumb reasoning that are forced plot. Nothing in this movie makes sense. Common sense just goes out the window without any explanation. For reference, if your son is shot by the cops and somehow in a magical land there are several coverups going all the way up to a apathetic mayor (with videos and photo evidence of a spiraling coverups), and you are US judge, do you A.) Talk to the FBI about rampant corruption in your city or B). Quit being a judge and go cop killing. B. happens in this movie, with no sense of "why" or lack emotion or forced emotion. Go watch some law and order if you want social justice. Go watch any other action movie if you want good action.
