There are just so many things blended together, which is not a bad thing because such is life, but somehow this can only happen in literature. Story can be influential for people in their teen's or early 20s, for people who do not know themselves yet, who are not mindful and follow every societal rule. Break free! Find yourself! Everything is possible!(not)Follow your dream!(does not always work out) etc etc is a bit cliche. Poor Elena was pictured as a monster, and a woman who abandoned her kid is literally a saint. Do people really think that a birth mother is always an ideal mother for a child? I have seen and heard million stories that say otherwise. Issues of racism were a best part of the show, the rest is just a bit nonsense and immature. I like young actors, bravo. Reese is just the same as in Big Little Lies, Joshua is again Cole from the Affair, and Kerry is Olivia Pope (very dramatic).
