Excellent, hard to put down.
This book captures a family dynamic that takes hold and won't let go. Maybe more of a woman's read, and that's said without judgement. Experience it for yourself, you'll be glad you did!

Not great. Expected something more compelling from this author but basically it was a struggle to get through. The motivations and actions for most of the characters were, simply put, annoyingly.

Authentic background from ad jingles of the day, to cars, to costumes, to music. Casting and acting are right on. This movie is, sadly, a "Once Upon aTime", however, the characterizations make us wish this weren't so.
