An unexpected movie appreciation
---------
Today Netflix suggested 'Feel the Beat'. I thought, okay I will feel the beat on this Sunday. It was really good. The direction, script, acting, music, cinematography everything did justice to the title. It is about highly challenging dance-trainer for kids experience of heroine April, who aspires to become a great dancer. For me, passion and commitment for profession, the way a trainer comes out of challenging situations are major takehome. A women led movie with some specialities. This American movie is produced by Elissa Down, directed by Australian producer Susan Cartsonis, and the Heroine cast Sofia Daccarett Char - is an actor-singer-song writer.
I must also mention writer Michael Armbruster, Australian music composer Michael Yezerski and Iranian- American cinematographer Amir Mokri
It is a #Covid19 time release with lots of positivity that people in lockdown will really enjoy. Hard realities of life is also presented perfectly in very short sequences without resorting to unhealthy melodrama. In short, as we are watching, the movie evolves in exact proportion of entertainment in the hands of women leadership - not a pinch less and not a pinch more.
