Why does it have such low ratings?

amazing movie not saying great or masterpiece because it has flaws and a bit predictable but intriguing. Actually what was unveiled in the last minutes of the film I understood that in the first 30 minutes from the beginning! Spoiler Alert : So the mask part was not surprising to me! You see the faces in close ups and it was not hard to understand that! they really look like each other and kind of sounded stupid that the man didn't understand this the whole time!
