Larry Wheeler

I listened to the story as an audio book. The narrator is not as good as Eric Conger. (Terrible loss when he died.) The story is good, but not up to the standards of the past. I don't like the concept of having Lucas and Letty as equals in the same story. The lines for Lucas did not fit the same character from previous novels. I would recommend the book. I like the pacing John Sandford uses. He provides enough detail to allow you to visualize the action, but keeps the story moving along.
