"The Arrangement" is fun and entertaining, with an excellent concept, great casting, and a near-perfect season one finale that sets the stage for season two, which is where the show definitely peaked. The entire first season, in some way, felt like it was there to set the stage for season two. It was primarily build-up, allowing us to slowly get to know the characters, their ambitions, and some of the darkness of Hollywood, while also giving us just enough soapiness. And then comes the season finale, and all hell breaks loose. The villains show their true faces, and everything becomes crystal clear... including what the show is actually about, and what the main conflict is. And then, season two was flawless, dark, soapy, addictive, and a perfect television-take on the "Scientology" real-life cult. Excellent show, but too bad it got cancelled!

Season 1 was a joke, yet somehow very addictive. It was poorly written and overly melodramatic, but I still watched the whole thing. However, I am quite surprised to say that Season 2 is excellent. It seems that the writers really pulled it together. It's quite gripping and well-written. Overall, I'm glad I stuck with it. The payoff is there.

The Vampire Diaries had a really slow and quite boring first season, but its second and third seasons were some of the most deliciously wonderful episodes of vampiristic goodness. I think much of that was because of the return of Katherine in the Season 1 finale, which branched lots of character development and generally loads of opportunities for all of the characters over the next few seasons.

It's art. You might not like it, or understand it, but it's a work of art -- and those who do understand it, adore it. There's an entire episode that takes place in one location, with the main character sleeping in the bathtub at her co-worker's house. And somehow, it manages to be beautiful and thought-provoking. The writing on this show is deep, and alive. I'm honestly surprised of the negative backlash it received, because it feels like one of those shows that could easily snag a Golden Globe if it were seen by the right people. It's aesthetic, it has an indie feel, it's beautifully directed, and incredibly and artistically written.

This show's first 12 episodes are some of the most fantastic television I've ever seen - and then it fades into a painfully boring drama with nothing but political talk and government protocol. The season finale was OK, and redeemed some of the first season back-end's weaker moments. But the second season is unwatchable, failing by being too moralistic and having absolutely no drama or action. Nothing happens -- no government conspiracies, no cover-ups, no story. It's just Mr. President signing this sheet, and Mr. President saving a city from a virus outbreak, and Mr. President performing his day-to-day duties. Why continue the show when it's only going to be about that?

"Goat" is thrilling, and an excellent look inside what goes on in real-life campuses across the world -- fraternity hazing. It's a bit of a horror movie in terms of showing us what's actually done to these boys, and the depiction of how it affects them all mentally is done so sensitively and creatively. A pitch-perfect psychological thriller with excellent casting and great writing.

One of the absolute BEST soaps on primetime with an amazing cast. The writing is incredible, and it never bores or drags along. Every season is fresh, interesting, and full of surprises. Elizabeth Hurley, Joan Collins and William Moseley are all wonderfully talented and together, they create one of the best shows of all time.

Absolutely hilarious and every joke is perfectly executed. One of my favorite Netflix shows of all time.

I love every season, each one having its unique qualities. This is definitely my favorite show on television!
