Jellystone is depressing to watch. It is not funny. Maybe I just don't get it? I feel like this show treats the audience like we are stupid and won't notice that there is no coherent plot or anything of substance happening at all. I found myself pushing to get through episodes and I kept watching despite my discomfort in the hopes that it would gain traction or maybe I'd find something to like about it. It didn't get better. It's just a bunch of chaotic nonsense and poorly timed bathroom humor. I thought it would be nice to see some of my favorite Hanna-Barbera characters reimagined, but not like this. This was not nice. It was dreadful.
