Ted Koppel had a great segment on Mt Airy, NC aka Mayberry showing the town, the attractions and the fans who visit. He then loads up a trolley full of people and commences to bring up the presidential election, BLM and other topics that have nothing to do with the allure of Mayberry and the characters to the captive audience. I would have expected better from Jane Pauley and Sunday Morning.
