This is a great action movie, but not a ‘Bond’ movie. No bond theme running through the action, only one pretty poor gadget, that quintessential English Bond is missing.
It was the thing that I disliked about Daniel Craig’s Casino Royale, and tbh I don’t want to see this new element to James Bond that Daniel Craig was so proud of.
Overall I was disappointed.
But, hey, as a Jason Bourne’esque action film it was pretty good.
Maybe I am in the minority but I am please Daniel Craig is moving on, I just hope the new Bond takes us back to the things that I liked about Bond growing up.
