As a film writer and author, I can say Raising Dion is well-written sci-fi fare. As someone who's had a Pat (personality) and a Mark (personality) in their lives, both were pretty close to the mark on their actions toward Nicole and toward Dion. As a mother of (Black America) boys, I can tell you the character of 8 yr old Dion is pretty accurate. I enjoyed Season 1 immensely; I will be awaiting Season 2 with bated breath.

It was as good, if not better, than most movies in this genre. The one difference was the victims fought the antagonist back, making the right connections before it was too late for them. I enjoyed it well enough. Meagan Good, Michael Ealy, and Dennis Quaid performed their prospective roles well.

Simple. It's our history. One of the things we've done of which we can be proud.
