I don’t have much to complain about. I’m not gonna give it a bad review because of what happened at the beginning of the game, that shouldn’t be the base of the whole game, no. I do feel like they should’ve given us a fighting chance instead of it all being cinematic with us not having any control over what happened. I don’t like that we switch characters and play everything from the opposite perspective, it dragged finding motivation to want to continue from any other character that isn’t Ellie. I felt stuck, I knew what was going to happen because we saw it from Ellie’s view and it just seemed like a waste of time. It didn’t add anything new to the story, we were just playing the same thing over again which was kind of bland in my opinion. Other than that, I really don’t have much to complain about. The story is more or less okay. It is the source of the problem, but the animation, the visuals, the scenery, the music, the game play, everything was pretty perfect and it felt like the first but a bit improved in a way.
