The visual affects are great in this movie. Some of the content is not appropriate for young audience. The film missed its target market by having a PG rating. I feel certain scenes could have been eliminated or reconfigured for the younger audience. The storyline about the diary pulls the story together but ends abruptly and is not mentions again. The storyline about the young apprentice boy is just an added character that could been added to. I wouldn't see it again.
