Having honeymooned in Scotland, my wife and I have a deep affection for the country and its people. This is an extraordinary and exceptional film that will draw you in and deeply move you. Hermoine Corfield is a revelation in this role and could easily be considered Oscar-worthy. The story takes no shortcuts and painstakingly avoids any and all stereotypical payoffs. From the first scenes you will be captured, and the story simply will not let you go. In a world of cliché storylines, Hollywood endings, and unnecessarily dark social commentary, here is a movie that will leave you moved, inspired, and gratified that you undertook this 2-hour journey.

This is a complete failure of a show. Great concept, but an amateurish attempt to bring it to life. Poor acting, poor writing, poor special effects, and a total disregard for the intelligence of the audience. Don't waste your time.
