This is a wonderful book. The adventures described here are truly fascinating and are written deftly by Mr. Sheehy. My one quibble is that the maps contained in the volume, which chronicle to route of the journey, are labeled in Irish, whereas the text of the book describes the route in English. If the reader is interested in following the route on the maps as described in the text it is nearly impossible.
