When I first heard they were going to do this show, I thought to myself, "Oh great, this is only going to glamorize addiction." Thank God, I was totally wrong! I've learned so very much about addiction, how to help and how not to help. This hits very close to home. I cried when Frankie went into his detox but Thank God he finished it and is learning how to balance his needs with the needs of others. Hang in there, You've got this Frankie!!! Allie, I love your honestly! I've learned that is the one thing I must do with my own situation, I must be completely honest with my daughter. Otherwise, I'm only enabling her. Thank you Viceland, for making this show. For showing the truth and reality of addiction.
