Don't waste your time. Such mixed and sad messages. Bullies turning into bigger bullies, and those getting bullied turning INTO bullies - all thanks to the return of Johnny. How sad and pathetic. I'm of the generation that took inspiration and motivation from the original Karate Kid movies and to see them twisted and gnarled this way makes me sad. I only made it through 4 episodes of season 1 before the stink of bad plot, poor script, and worse foreshadowing made me turn it off. I didn't watch any reviews before I started watching and now after reading them I'm baffled why anyone would be interested in this failed attempt at reviving one of my generations favorite film sets. Guess we are in the days of rewatching new writers who didn't live in the 'good days' try and cater to what the kids want these days. I'm going to watch the original again now to try and wash the bad scenes of this overrated show out.
