I watched this on a whim last night. While the movie may not have the best scientific peer reviews, it does provide inspiration to remove ultra-processed food from the menu. Before and after my prostatectomy I basically went on a keto diet and began an exercise regimen. I lost 40lbs, slept well and felt great. I kept it up for a few years, but then when through lengthy depression after I lost a dear friend to cancer. Now I'm about 50lbs overweight. The aches and pains have returned, I'm on sleep/blood pressure meds, borderline diabetic and have no energy. Everything changes today...be well.
