I have coached mid-school cross-country for 20 years, and I found this film to be very much on task. I could relate to the coach's 1st year - trying to institute a different training plan from the previous coach. I came into a program where a very popular coach had just left the program and the 1st year was pretty rough - on both myself and the kids. So that part was very realistic for me. Really enjoyed watching the movie and learned a couple things along the way for my own coaching approach.
