As a Cuban, exiled to this amazing country, and a U.S. veteran I was highly disappointed by the show’s the liberal views. We are far more conservative than this show. I don’t know any real Cubans like this show is portraying. Cuban women are extremely strong, resourceful and passionate. We believe in God, will defend our families with anything available, weather it’s a “ chancleta” or a gun. My favorite part of this show was the music. It reminded me of my childhood, growing up listening to Celia Cruz and several more. I can’t, in good conscious finish watching this show.
