Absolutely fantastic and hyper realistic hypothetical falling only out of line to crack a few flimsy, comical twists. Based on how governments around the world reacted to the once local epidemic of COVID, and how it continued to deal with it wave after wave, we can project the development step by step of how the world would react to an “extinction level event”, and this movie is pretty much it in the most comical (and at times not completely undramatic) way possible. Absolute worthwhile with heavy names, the only negative would be that DiCaprio probably managed to have the screenplay rewritten here and there so that his character will enjoy similar fame and general appeal as he actually does in the real world which is probably one of the less realistic aspects of the movie. Other than that it is pretty much a big budget block buster for $75M you cab watch on Netflix. Prime entertainment!
