Hey Gok I love your show on how to look good naked, you have a very special carisma and always look amazing. Coming from New Zealand I am a kiwi chick who has the most aweful body shape not only have I let my self go I spend most of my time reading books and doing jigswar puzzles. My body shape is all distorted, use to be a size 10 ( NZ size)??? Now I am out of control - maybe 16 - 18 plus, I so hate my body and do not go outside unless I have some one usually my husband to take me. Unfortunately John has his own problems health wise.
