Personally, this show was everything I wanted. I hadn't found a show in a long time that had me hooked and this one did. I can't say I was hooked particularly because of its uniqueness, but I enjoyed the realism. A lot of viewers of the animated version were not happy with the hostility between the girls, but I actually like it. I know the girls are best friends in the animated version real quickly. I love that this version slows it down (by a lot) and takes a slower and more realistic approach. The fact of the matter is the only thing bringing ths group of girls together is that they have to share a dorm room with a person who happens to be very important. Otherwise I doubt many of them would talk to eachother much. Besides the point. I greatly enjoyed this show (even though some of the lines were awfully cheesy) and think that if your looking for the animated version of this show, your not gonna find it. Instead, your gonna find something totally different... but definitely worth it.
