Because of Thier amazing CIG work on creating a realistic aspects of this film, the true "disney" essence was lost. Expressions and comical points of each characters were limited and I felt like I was watching animal planet half way through the movie. I love lion king, but I guess not everything could have a realism perspective. I had to go back and watch the animated version to justify my love for the show.
