It's a dystopian reality in which the director and the actors themselves seem to be living in. They want to share with us what they think is not here at the moment but will be there in future at some point. Fiction is the only means left for them to express their thoughts... which are equally fictitious. Another cheap propaganda work. What surprises me is how they use the spelling of Leela/Leila yet pronounce Laila... subversive attempts.
