The only reason Marvel would make this is to make the feminists happy. The production and effects are Marvel quality buy the story and acting are not marvel's standard. Fury is a complete opposite of his roles in any other movie. He is a big suck up to Captain Marvel. She acts too cocky and everyone way overestimates her power. They disregard all other lore and brand her as the "strongest avenger" when she is not even close. If they want to do a female superhero then do scarlet witch, Valkyrie, or a movie with pepper pots in her new suit tony made. TLDR; the movie is mediocre, they make Captain way more powerful than she really is, acting is only ok, and they really try to push the females are better than males.
