Just what in the hell was "suspicious" about the black husband? Its suspicious because he was at the restaurant to pick up his wife and stopped a murderer? You're a cop and you don't know who he is? But he's suspicious...so many little racial profiling/prejudices...but that's how black men get railroaded and convicted because the jury is PREJUDICED(and I'm sure some are racist too) to begin with from tons of little things they've seen in movies over the years where even a non "thug" HERO is frickin portrayed as lacking morals and suspicious!
