Finally finished playing this game on my PS3. This game as a lot of issues that I am gonna highlight a few of them that many YouTubers who "reviewed" the game failed to mentioned in their video. Some say it's "a good game". Eh? When you're revving your car and you're on the start line especially on steep incline, your car actually slides down on its own. Even applying the handbrake doesn't help, the only way to stop from the car sliding down is not rev it at all. The rally stage is just like in WRC 4 where the developers made one big map and split it into multiple stages with forward and reverse stages. It's fine but it can get old quickly when you played the same section of the stages over and over. For a game that has A LOT of interesting rally cars (ranging from 60s to 70s, Group A and B, Group N, S2000s, both Rookie and Pro 2WD cars including a Honda Civic Type-R (FN2), and etc), you can't actually use it in Single Stage, Single Rally, and Championship mode inside WRC Experience. You can only use it on the Free Run mode inside the Career mode called Road to Glory (which includes only the first two modes that you find on the WRC Experience menu). The car sound I gave it a 1 out of 5. Why? They somehow made few of interesting rally cars (such as Mini Countryman WRC and Proton Satria Neo S2000) sound really boring. Again, typical Milestone as they didn't improved it in Sébastien Loeb's game. The events in Career mode, man I do hate the Crash & Run contest, Gate Contest (obviously ripping off from Codemaster's DiRT 2 and 3 gate crasher events) and most of all...Rally School contest where you have to drive in between the cones without hitting them. I hate that. All of those events I've mentioned are boring and tedious to do when you're going for 100% completion. Definitely a gimmick event to add more content in the game. Me as a person who played a lot of rally games and has actually competing in rally events in real life, I don't recommend this game to anyone who wants a good rally game but if you want to torture yourself playing this game, try it out.
