Spoilers Don't watch this as the last thing of the night, otherwise you will be disappointed you wasted your time on it. Boring and long, no real storyline. Riley is the most stupid character her lips are ridiculous distracting she does alot of screaming and saying 'oh no. Apparently her brother was taken but she doesn't seem that motivated to save him, or upset he was probably torn apart. She also doesn't seem to care much for the people she is close to, preferring to collapse into despair at really inconvenient times. The other characters are one dimensional, so you couldn't give a fig if they are ripped apart. Hell they should of swapped it made it the brother, what he was willing to do to save his messed up sister, probably nothing very quickly. Storyline seemed lazy, I guess they spent most of the money on cenobites design, which was the best bit.

SPOILERS. A solid B movie, first half is very good, does faltering the second half. You will find wobbley camera footage in some very big budget movies so I wouldn't hold it against the film, even some B movies still cost up to a million to make, so is it really low budget? Yes the lighting is dark, this seems to be in fashion, with horror and supernatural films and TV series. Don't agree all the characters needed more developing, the main two definitely needed it characters. Some overacting, but it probably had something to do with some of the dodgy dialogue. Creature reveal, let it down a little. The reveal from one character they were from outer space, reminded of Aliens 4. Also no real reason given why the townfolk, had only tried to contain them rather then wipe them out, couldn't they have filled the tunnels? If they had been covering this for decades wouldn't it would of made better sense for the younger generation to have been professionally trained as soldiers. Install CCTV? Don't think too much when watching.
