I was watching their report on NY pushing for Illegal Immigrants voting rights. They are 100% correct when they state thee is no country that will allow people who are not in their country legally to vote. I live and work in Mexico. I am a legal resident in Mexico and pay taxes here. even though I am in the country legally I'm not allowed to vote.
