Glottal stops. Very disappointed to hear Zoie Obrien's report tonight littered with them. The report on the Hawkhurst, near Cranbrook house taking in Coronavirus victims freeing up hospital beds, was interesting except for her inability to pronounce t's. They are creeping in to everyday speech but surely television reporters should aim for higher standards of pronunciation in reporting.
