SPOILERS. The movie is great. But when I watch the mall scene, everything is like over exposed and just looks so ugly. I get Spielburg wants this film to look as ugly and dirty as possible but I think this is too much. Also after Colin Farrell's character died, he gets no explanation and it's narratively unsatisfying. By the end of the movie I thought Tom Cruise was gonna go and embark on a 'search for his son' journey, but no, instead he just makes another baby with his ex-wife... The movie's great, definitely worth watching, these flaws aren't bad enough to break the movie. 7-8/10
