Inconsistent and full of unlikable characters. The first two episodes were strong. The series picked up a little in the middle, but failed to resolve any plot points in the end. If they dropped the whole Watchmen bit and just made this series about Sister Night and Looking Glass, it would have been watchable. Sadly the show failed where it should have easily succeeded.
