It had so much potential - really good actors, great scenery... but the plot, dialogue, and pacing were off. I wanted to love this but didn't even finish the first episode. There were 15 minutes left and I just didn't care enough for any one character to finish it.

Well done, fascinating, and compelling. On episode two and loving it.

LOVED this show! I hope they bring it back! Characters evolve - always important, humor gets (almost) less slap-sticky. It's smart and highly involving. PLEASE give it more seasons. There are a lot of stories to be told!

Surprisingly good. Formulaic but in a good way - acting is really good on all counts. Stamos feels real. I just watched 3 in a row and am enjoying the characters and storyline/s. It's just what I want right now in a series. No super powers, no violence, no car chases... just human interactions,

So far, so great! I'm enjoying the cast, the two stories to date, and the personal stories. Anson Mount is excellent and it's fun to see Ohura as a cadet. I've been watching Star Trek since 1967. It's very fun to see this prequel!
