I would like to say that at the beginning I was enthralled with this show. The way we obtained an insight into the lives of all these characters was extremely well done. Location shooting ON POINT, I was overly impressed with the camera movement. Extremely smooth transitions, you can tell each shot was VERY WELL thought out. I love how Canadian history was incorporated into the show, that was very well fitting. The casting was amazing, props to Amybeth for absolutely killing it. The script was incredible, the choice of words was very impressive, every line truly stood out, and was very deep...gives you a lot to think about. Every episode was planned out so well, they truly thought of everything. Before the show began I was pretty skeptical. How could they possibly create an entire show out of the pretty basic Anne of Green Gables that we all know and love. And they killed it.. until we hear that the third season is the last! WHAT LIKE R U KIDDING! You started an entire show, worked so hard, planned every single turn, spent God knows how much money, and u end the entire show in a 40 minuet episode! That was so disappointing. It's impossible to see past the fact that this was the most rushed ending I have ever seen. The relationship between Gilbert and Anne was so deep, and it could have went on so far until this episode came along. I understand that circumstances come up and sometimes things just don't work out. But it is truly a shame, something so special ended so abruptly, when I AM SURE that if it went on longer it would have been a masterpiece. SO, to whomever made this horrific decision, you should have really thought through your decisions before taking such actions because you ruined a lot more than you think u did. The value of this show dropped after this episode, and it is truly a shame.
