I loved Star Trek TNG and I absolutely loved this series as there are so many familiar themes. Six mercenary-ish people wake up in a space ship with their memories erased, and they spend time finding out who they were, why they were there and deciding what to do given the consequences of their past. There are heists, time travel, teleportation (essentially), parallel universes, betrayals, alliances, androids (who become sentient and the show does a great job of documenting the central android character coming to terms with her sentience), and even some funny one-liner moments. Totally bingeworthy as each episode ends in a cliffhanger and you're dying to know what happens next. What a great find and its a real shame they cancelled it only after 3 seasons, as there was so much more potential and plots to be fleshed out.
