This movie is one of the best movie ive ever watched. This movie gave me a clear picture of what happened in the Philippine-American war. It made me realise who are the heroes and who are the wannabe heroes. They showed that there is a difference between believing in your idol and believing in your principle, and how much they differ was executed through the main character Goyo who followed his idol Aguinaldo. The monologues of Mabini throughout the whole film was really good, the monologues described how Aguinaldo poorly led the revolution and had characters like Goyo blindly looked up to him. This movie is a must watch. The cinematography is definitely one of the best Philippine Cinema has to offer. Monologues and Dialogues were well written. Characters are well written and have different personality.
