This is an absolute joke. I feel sorry for some of actors who gave got caught out in the low brow sloppy lazy mess. Have managed to get all the way to episode 10 only for it to plummet new lows. Not even going to get started on any references to it use of historical context. Shame on Amazon for this pile of tosh!

I found it a challenge to get into but once on the journey it does give an awful lot back. Very well crafted story and beautifully written. I did stuggle a bit towards the end there was a lot to tie up in a rapidly decreasing page count. Still a great read.

I gave it good rating up until episode 3. Episode 1 was shaky , episode 2 I enjoyed. There was some good humor and felt like the film chessy but enjoyable fantasy. Episode 3 was awful though.. lazy dialog and scripting and one of most awful fight scenes I've seen this side of some very bad 80s b movies. Princes K has appalling modern dialog and Jade is awful. It does need teenage soap. Will try again to see where 4 goes but hopes are dwindling g.

Good production and seems like a capable cast. Thats the good part the rest is dissapointing. You might enjoy it if you like Event Horizon but if not the plot and characters are mostly a load of old bollocks. Who would have sent any of those feeble minded idiots on a first contact mission to save humanity. None of them would pass a pshyc evaluation and they even sent them off in a derranged spaceship! The end result is well produced rubbish. Shame
