Nothing wrong with diversity, but if you employ people with their personal views and don't care about the previous game or fans ...you know the game is going to be liked one minority instead of all. When you question or even point out the facts why, you just get labeled as homophobic or transphobic. These devs will not admit or the top critics will admit to this, without the fear of being fired and such. Most likely this is the end of good games now, instead of finding their own thing. They're just going go for popular titles and destroy loved characters but replacing or killed off. like Marvel Just thank god for indie devs who don't have to bow down to forced political correctness
