The shows historical setting in the 19 century doesn't depict history, but it does depict a 21 century woke theme by Hollywood. I could barely see an entire episode. A queen who is black, a Duke who is black and many involved in the queens court are black doesn' t represent a credible story.
I was disappointed after seeing a great POLDARK netflix show and then seeing this WOKE NETFLIX show.
To the producer/ Director- don't change history.
