This is definitely a matter of opinion and is definitely not meant to detract from the progress we have made as a society. The visuals are spectacular and really bring the world to life, that being said, the characters have never felt so lifeless. The adjustments that have been made to these characters, to reflect current societal standards, actually rob them of their growth, which in turn changes the plot. It almost seems like they were scrambling to fill in the blanks they created by mixing and matching elements of the original TV show, but by rushing through these crucial moments, there is no way to connect to these characters. To be fair, There were funny moments, but they were forgettable and almost bland in comparison to the original. The casting was great, very inclusive, and I’m sure the actors did the best with what they were given, and some hit the nail on the head. I really did appreciate certain cultural elements like syllabics for the water tribe. Avatar was my escape as a child and early teen, and to this day reminds me of the good times I’ve had. maybe I’m not in the target audience anymore, and that’s okay. I really wanted to love this, but I just don’t care for it

Asteroid city is the quintessential example of a Wes Anderson movie, so chaotic, nonsensical, and unique. While not my favourite Wes Anderson film by any means. It truly captures those aspects that some would say make Wes a creative genius, while the dialogue may not be captivating, there is a certain art to it, a certain childlike whimsy. Most of his films, this one in particular, all share a certain degree of nonsense as I’ve mentioned, but what I find attractive is trying make sense of it, it’s like trying to make sense of an elaborate dream. Truly what he’s delivered here with the bright contrast is comparable to a dream like state. A film without compare, because there are none like it

What a magnificent conclusion! I think we all are suffering from superhero fatigue, but this series delivered a healthy dose of optimism for the franchise, and perhaps catharsis. I haven’t felt this sense of satisfaction since endgame. The visuals are stunning, and the delivery of these wonderful characters by such amazing and beloved actors was amazing. at times the story was convoluted and perhaps a little confusing in comparison to the marvel timeline. In the end it makes sense. I don’t want to spoil this wonderful series, much like many media outlets did for me with their click bait titles and captions.

critics nowadays have to over compensate, to compete with each other. While this wasn’t the epitome of comedy, it was a well balanced feel good movie. While most critics really dive into the psychology of the characters, which is fair, the comparisons they make are unfair, it is not unnatural to have certain child like traits given their (characters) upbringing. Lmao and now I’m doing the same thing! Hahaha If you have Disney plus, give it a watch, it’s not that bad. Awkwafina and Sandra Oh are a great duo

Hands down, this is the best video game I’ve ever played. The narrative is amazing, they tackle a coming of age story in such a way that it isn’t corny for our titular characters, and twist Norse mythology in such a way you wouldn’t expect the outcome. The gameplay is very souls/Bourne, yet the elements of hack n slash are there. On my first play through it was mostly using fists, but on my second play through, I really hunkered down and learned the mechanics of various weapons. The game felt entirely different based on my load out and how I decided to play. Despite the game not being a true open world, there is no shortage of adventure and secrets. This game is very reminiscent of school video games where there were no paywalls blocking your path to a hidden area, you just need a good old fashion sense of adventure. I’m short you are the god of war, and you are you depending on your sense of adventure To say the least, there is tremendous replay value from a gameplay perspective alone. The graphics are amazing, the entire game feels like you’re playing in a cutscenes. The way the freshly trampled snow looks after you walk through it is crazy spot on, coming from a Canadian raised rurally, much respect. The voice acting goes above and beyond anything I’ve seen before, from the cutscenes to mimir rambling in the boat while you’re adventuring. the fact that the seemingly insignificant boat/sled dialogue really plays a role on how we as the player perceives certain quests, and Indeed how it impacts that the true ending goes to show how much thought went into creating this masterpiece. In summary, the story, voice acting, and gameplay are amazing. 11/10 !

2.5/5 Obviously they have to stray from source material, but in doing so there is something lost, perhaps it’s the risqué humour and visuals that the anime is ripe with. The dialogue feels forced, and because of this it was really hard to relate to the characters. They sure did try to stick to source material, at least initially, and they really did bring the anime locations and vehicles to life ! That being said, it wasn’t the best execution

The game begins with so much hand holding, I’m talking like an hours worth at the beginning, and i feel like it never really lets up. The dynamax feature is very fun, and i love the aesthetic that gigantamax brings to the table, but as you level up it becomes an ineffective way to battle. I chose to level up at the beginning, which made the game way too easy. The music was okay. The story was MEH, I didn’t love it, yet I didn’t hate it. The post game w/o DLC is very bland, and super repetitive. That being said. I love Pokemon, therefore, i love this game too.

After reading some rotten tomato reviews from career critics, you would be made to believe that this movie is boring with hardly any differences from the original. Its not a matter of opinion, this movie is completely different from the original, and by saying otherwise, you should lose your credibility as a critic. This was the justice league that should have been released. And for those who complain about the run time, If you can binge watch 5 episodes of your favorite show on Netflix, this should be no problem.

0/5 stars It is almost comedic in how bad it is, though this script may have had potential in the adult film industry. It truly is a waste of time. Save some time and go to ****hub and I guarantee you'll find a more entertaining DBZ adaptation. This is like if twilight had a child with the movie sky high. There was literally a decade's worth of source material to work with, and what was accomplished was true garbage. They must have given the writers a bunch of random names and terms from the anime and manga and then mad libbed the entire script lol Go watch super Broly
