Beautiful animation. I love the 3 dimensional and 2D art style that's mixed into it. I love the story and I feel like many of the characters are lovable. I thought it was gonna be like one of those mockbusters or something you'd see in a movie like Deep or Izzy's Way Home. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend it.

This movie is basically the Holocaust with the toys being Jewish people and the Rats being nazis. The acting from some of the characters like Mary makes them sound like they were just practicing reading their line and the microphone caught it. I honestly think this is a forgettable movie. If you enjoy it, good for you. But I and probably many other people don't. It didn't even make as much in the box office as they did making this movie. I'll give this movie a hard pass and thumbs down.

I liked it as a kid but I forgot about the movie until the other day when my brother watched it. I watched it again last night and thought it was okay, but it was still pretty forgettable.
