There was some really good comedy in this movie, but unfortunately the entire first part of the movie is so unnecessary and useless. While the last part on the island is full of terrible writing of how women would act with power- apparently they become coercive sexually and murders? It has some great moments and the whole second part is great- but the beginning and end are just not salvageable. Abigail acts entirely unrealistically and frankly as what a man would do given authority and power. This movie seems like a projection of the fragile and insecure masculinity of the director. Glad I watched it, but would not watch it again or recommend it as a “good” movie.

This show is absolutely a delight to watch. I could not stop bingeing it!!! So funny, relatable, and an absolutely fantastic cast. Can’t wait for more!

Absolutely not worth watching. Most women already understand this reality and experience and this does not in any way make sense as a fictional story when a documentary or interview with real people would work. Extremely dissatisfied I spent time on this film. There is no climax or “big payoff” in any way.
