If you want medically accurate, go watch a medical documentary. If you're offended by racism, sexism, bigotry, and just utter disrespect for anything living ( which is not actually true. If you watched long enough you would see that the character goes deeper than that). If you are offender by those then it's not for you. But it's a tv show. If you can laugh at yourself and others then House MD is for you. I loved it
