“Falling” by TJ Newman was a page turner from the first page to the last. I haven’t enjoyed a book as much as I enjoyed this one in a long time. For a first book, this was a grand slam. WOW!
TJ’s description of everything in her book was so vivid. I was able to visualize the various scenes in the airplane from the cockpit and the instruments to the galley and cockpit door to aft in the plane. Because I don’t want to write any spoilers, there are other places where this story took place, that I am not going to mention. Suffice to say, I was in each and every one of those places.
Her characters were so real and believable. Of course being a flight attendant at one time provided TJ with a stable of characters to draw upon, using their physical and attitunal characteristics to draw upon.
I don’t usually get “misty-eyed” when reading a book. I did so a couple times in “Falling”.
TJ, if you by any chance read my review, I am standing up and applauding you and “Falling”.
