Exceptional TV. I haven't seen this kind of production since an adaptation of Philip K Dick's "A scanner darkly". Essentially the show is produced as a live action with actual actors, then glazed over (my term, no idea what the actual term is), with an animation, so it looks like a hyper real super good animation. It has some really good acting too. It's got a great story that unwinds at a natural pace, blending human problems and tragedy with hope and family with some really good sci fi elements. Definitely worth your time.

A popcorn movie. That's the best thing I can say about this. It's a generic sci fi movie that borrows heavily from other movies and TV shows like Terminator, Battlestar Galactica and Avatar. did I say borrows, I mean plagerises. There is nothing original here. Probably the best actor is Mark Strong, and he seems to have just turned up for a pay check for a supporting role, not that the script required any actual acting. The AI villains don't seem to be very AI at all, their goal, when revealed was straight out of the Thanos handbook for wannabe villains. Overall this is a paint by numbers movie right off the Netflix movie production line, minimal creativity, thrown together and given a coat of nice looking FX.

A "Gung Fu" comedy with heart and soul. And Master Ken!!

I thought the first two series were good, but after that, there seemed to be a slow decline in quality. I never really understood how Doug Stamper, the president's chief of staff had so much time to drive around and do all those "off book" activities. Season six was a complete mess. Don't bother, say goodbye at Season five.

Great show, so far. I've just seen the 1st two episodes, i thought they were wonderful. Probably the best Marvel show on Disney+. It has comedy, and importantly, connectivity to other Marvel properties. It looks good too. The only gripe i have: the episodes are too short! 30 minutes, and that includes about 7 minutes of credits!! But, that aside, i enjoyed it immensely.

Great movie. And a great surprise, given the track record of this franchise. Loved the story and plotting, and really appreciated the native American actors used in the movie (there was a dedication to the Comanche nation at the end, which goes to show that the movie was trying hard to honor the history and culture of the people being portrayed). Wonderful scenery and action sequences. All the main cast were given three dimensional roles and everyone shone, especially the lead, Amber Midthunder, and her little dog too!! Although there was no post credit scene "a la Marvel" there was a series animations that portrayed scenes in the movie as the credits screened, the last of which seemed to imply the inevitable sequel set in the same time frame. On the whole I'd recommend this movie to any lover of action movies, anyone who likes native American history and culture and anyone who likes the predator franchise.

I agree with other reviews that the survivalist elements of the show are totally unrealistic. I have spent time on survivalist training and I've spent time in wilderness areas, and i saw many unrealistic elements in this show. However. The survivalist elements are not the main element here, rather the wilderness and Liv's situation serves only to underscore her emotional landscape, her personal history, where she is (emotionally) and where she's going. It's a character study, and i found Liv's character fascinating. The wilderness landscape was wonderful, this series could have just as easily been shot entirely in a big city, but why? If you can juxtapose a big city character like Liv and highlight her character putting her in a wilderness. The music and cinematography was delightful and so was the direction on the whole. This is a show that's all about inner landscape. I found it lovely.

I liked this movie very much. Great set pieces, great skill on display from all the cast involved. And, bonus, has a reasonable story to tell!! I wonder if they will do a sequel?

I liked the themes in the show, but it was just so "tame". The show was aimed at a younger audience than any Marvel property that was on Netflix, it has no "grit" at all, bland and politically correct.

Interesting movie. I liked it mostly because it was not a formulaic Holywood movie. I just sat and let it wash over and through me. Loved the end; Beathovan's 7th never sounded better!! I liked Connery, a departure from his usual roles. A futuristic, social satire of a movie, made by Boorman in a very personal way. I don't think many people enjoyed it, by i liked it's idiosyncratic style.
