There used to be a 3D chat community called Jewels of Indra (JOI for short). It was from around 2002 to about 2006 I think. That one was awesome. It was adults only and you could get jobs that paid in-world money and there was so much more. I don't know what happened but all of a sudden it was gone. I joined Second Life because I thought it would be a good replacement for JOI. It was not. From my experience, I found Second Life was mostly filled with kids, trolls and pedophiles. Then I went to IMVU. That one seemed better but lacked the organized community feel that JOI had. I miss JOI. Anyone know if there are plans to bring it back?
