Horrible place !!! Worst experience ever. We waited 4 hrs in line for tickets to be sold out 2 people in front of us. Very disorganized. It is very inconsiderate for many like us that drove 2 and a half hrs to wait another 4 hrs in line and not to be able to tube. The website is very misleading! Instead of it saying get in line 1 hour before your time frame, it should say if you want to tube at 8pm, then get in line by 8am. Letting people wait in line knowing that they are wasting their time is not only inconsiderate but very unfair for many little ones like our 5 and 4 year olds that were super excited, waited in line just to be turn down after a 4 Hr wait and about 2 people from the ticket booth. Not to mention when we first arrived we were told we could not park without a ticket? So my husband drove around up and down the road of the mountain for almost 3 hours, until he finally tailgated in behind someone to get into a parking lot. What would a single parent do in this case? PLEASE don't waste your money here, go to Hawksnest or Beech. This place is a cluster *** , there is no system/direction, policies in place or management, and the staff do not care about you, you can clearly tell whoever runs or owns this place does not care about their customers only the money coming in.
