For me, this is the best book I’ve ever read about forming habits. James clear really explains fully the simplest ways to form a good hobbit and break the bad ones. This is very practical and attainable. You can actually try this and see the results. After reading a book about habits by Charles Duhigg I understand Habits in a way. Examples in the book are very interesting and encouraging reading the book. I hope to read more books by Jame Clear because he is an amazing writer.
