GEETIKA ROZY

Honestly had so many expectations and was disappointed immensely. I am a big fan of the original hunger games but I decided to not be presumptuous and make comparisons. However one can’t be a fool to not notice how awful is the execution, writing, storyline and the characters. There is no depth, most of it revolves around the students if capital (mentors) and even if we wanted to change the narrative and change the focus from the tributes, there was not a strong connection around mentors, not enough to capture or make an impact. It was sort of fleeting. The only thing I could see in the movie was snow’s presence, I understand but there wasn’t much space for anybody else, it was over powered.

I seem to love the movie. An amazing teen drama movie. There wasn't anything extraordinary but whatever was there I felt it was enough especially me being a teen I could relate a lot of stuff and it was good

I honestly chose to watch this drama at first cause I thought it was comedy but it turned out to be something even more amazing. The screenplay is just so good. The actors have done a fantastic job in justification to their characters. There are so many interesting topics that are discussed and it makes you feel like you’re in that place. I felt like I was reading a novel visually ❤️💕
